    i wrote a similar request as a server but my brain forgot the crucial word “with” and BOH had a field day laughing at my pasta order with a request to “make love:)”

    I made a similar joke, saying “love os” for my meal and the kitchen sent it with a ramekin labeled love. It was empty but I can assure you it was overflowing. Makes me long for the days I’ll only ever experience once. It’s nice to reminisce

    I’ve worked in a lot of restaurants over the years, and my favorites were usually the ones where I got along great with the kitchen. I usually get along with them better than FOH petty lazy bitches.
